Our Policies
Labor-Only Service – We provide the muscle, you provide the truck, trailer, or storage unit.
Deposits – A $50 deposit is required to secure all bookings. It will be applied to your final bill.
Cancellations – Deposits are fully refundable if canceled 48 hours or more in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Rescheduling – Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits will transfer to the new date. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice results in forfeiture of the deposit.
Same-Day Time Changes – We’ll do our best to adjust your move time if you need to change it the day of, but changes are not guaranteed. If we cannot accommodate and you cancel, the deposit is forfeited.
Arrival Windows – Start times are approximate. Jobs before yours may run longer than expected, but we’ll keep you updated and arrive as soon as possible.
Careful Handling – We treat your belongings with care, but we are not responsible for items that are poorly packed, already damaged, or too large for tight spaces.
Specialty Items – Heavy items like pianos, safes, and appliances can be moved, but they are at the customer’s risk.
Furniture Assembly & Disassembly – We can take apart and reassemble your furniture, but fragile or pressboard furniture (like IKEA) may not reassemble perfectly. These are moved at the customer’s risk.
No Insurance – We do not provide insurance coverage. Customers are responsible for securing their own coverage if desired.
Payment – Payment is due at the end of your move. Hourly rates and minimum booking times apply.

Q: Do you provide a truck?
A: No. We are labor-only. We help load and unload your rental truck, pod, trailer, or storage unit.
Q: Do you bring equipment?
A: Basic moving straps and tools may be available, but customers should provide packing supplies (boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc.).
Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes, we can. But these items are moved at your own risk and may require extra equipment or time.
Q: Do you assemble and disassemble furniture?
A: Yes, we can disassemble and reassemble most furniture. Please note that fragile or pressboard furniture (such as IKEA) may not reassemble as tightly as before and is done at your risk.
Q: How do you charge?
A: We charge by the hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Payment is due when the job is complete.
Q: What if something gets damaged?
A: While we take great care, we are not responsible for items that are improperly packed, already damaged, or cannot reasonably fit through a doorway, stairwell, or hallway.
